Registration

  • Only for use by agreed members of the AV events team.
  • Register here if you are a member of Aspergers Victoria. Or join first on our website at http://www.aspergersvic.org.au/joinus

    Members may register 1-2 guests who are part of their family and who are therefore part of their family membership.
  • Use this ticket type if you are not yet a member and would like to register to attend as you wish to do a performance, or contribute another talent. Please desribe it below. We ask that performances are kept to approximately 3-5 minutes. Thankyou!
    Donations from non-members are welcome at registration or on the day, as this is a free to members event.


Annual General Meeting & Celebration

The AGM will be followed by a celebration of our groups' achievements over the year, as well some performances by our wonderful members. 

Are you an entertainer, artist, games designer, Lego creator or have any other special talent that you would like to showcase? We believe there are no limits to our community's talents - the more diverse, the more reflective it is of our wonderful members! If you would to share your creative talents with us on the day, please include your contribution ideas in your registration or email Emma at admin@aspergersvic.org.au as soon as possible. 

This is a free event to thank our members for their support this year, however we ask that you still register (on this page), so we know numbers for catering and seating arrangements. Donations will be also welcomed on the day or via our donation page. 

To attend the AGM you must be a current member of Aspergers Victoria. Go to our Join Us page to purchase a membership if you wish to attend and get involved.

If you are a member but cannot attend, you may wish to appoint a Proxy to vote on your behalf. Please complete a Proxy Form (MS Word) and either email it to the Secretary by no later than 2pm Sat 16th November, or ask the Proxy to hand it to the meeting chairperson prior to the 2pm start time on the day.

  • The audited financial statements are included above. We ask that, where possible, you submit any questions regarding the financial statements prior to the meeting day to allow time to prepare a response at treasurer@aspergersvic.org.au

Getting There:  Driving:   Free Parking available in underground hotel car park, access via Queens Lane at the rear of the hotel from 1.30 pm or in nearby streets (press buzzer if car park door is closed).  On public transport:  Take the train to Flinders St, then take a tram down St Kilda Rd to Toorak Rd stop 22 (e.g Route 16 St Kilda Beach). Walk 350 m south on St Kilda Rd towards Kings Way/Toorak Rd. Or take train to Sth Yarra station and take a West Coburg tram to Toorak Rd/St Kilda Rd then walk 350 m to the venue.
