If AV cancels the Event, AV retains the right to any service or booking fees incurred and is only liable for the refund of the Event Ticket fee within 30 days. AV cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred as a consequence of the Event being postponed or cancelled.

  1. A Member Ticket is a Ticket booked for each person attending the Event by a current paid member of AV. A Member can book a ticket on behalf of others including their under 18 year old child (see below) and any such attendees using a Ticket of the Ticket Holder to attend are all “Ticket Holders”.

  3. A Ticket for the Event is proof of booking for the Event and must be presented by a Ticket Holder to receive admission to the Event or by using the relevant link for online Events.

  4. Tickets created and managed using our Wild Apricot website are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of that service.

  5. AV reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute presenters; vary the advertised programs, venue, move it to online, change seating arrangements and audience capacity; or the right to refuse admission to a Ticket Holder without reasonable cause.

  6. If you are booked and unable to attend the Event, a substitute attendee may be sent as a replacement subject to the substitute name being provided in writing by email and written AV approval not later than 12 hours prior. Any transfer will be subject to the substitute attendee being bound by these Event terms and conditions and presenting a Ticket.

  1. AV representatives may take photographs, video or other recording at this Event and these may be used for the AV newsletter, website, social media, other publications and/or promotional purposes.  If you do NOT wish your image or your child/children’s image to be taken or used, please notify Admin prior to the day of the Event.
