Community Lockdown Event -
An Hour of Optimism with the Centre for Optimism and Project Optimism

These are tough times for many people, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. As we work towards brighter times for our community, it's important to focus on ways to maintain our optimism and resilience to help us right now and into the future.

Join Aspergers Victoria, The Centre for Optimism and Project Optimism with guest speakers Victor Perton, Jenny Boymal and Noirin Mosley for "An Hour of Optimism", where we will consider the why and how of optimism and invite you to share your answers to the question "What makes you optimistic?", with the goal of leaving you laughing and singing. After the presentation and discussion, we'll also have some time for an open chat, as we know the opportunity to connect and share your experiences and thoughts is a popular aspect of AV events.

All members are welcome, registration is free, and the Zoom link will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

If you have any questions about registration or would like more information, please contact Jenni: 0480 385 710 or admin@aspergersvic.org.au
