"AspieLand" Moderated Minecraft - Expressions of Interest for Term 3 2021

Expressions of Interest for Term 3 2021


Our "AspieLand" moderated Minecraft server has been developed and shaped in consultation with the children, teens, and families who access AV groups and programs, and we're thrilled to announce we'll be building again in Term 3!


Who can attend?

  • Children and teens aged 10-17 years 
  • Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced players
  • Players who hold a current AV membership.  If you are not yet an AV member, you can add your name to the Expression of Interest, but you will need to be a member to register when program registrations open.


Why is it useful to register my interest?

  • Priority access to program registrations when they open before we advertise to the wider AV community
  • Opportunity to tell us your preferred session time


What platform will be used?

Our AspieLand moderated Minecraft server is only available via Minecraft Java Edition on PC. Pocket Edition (PE), Xbox, and Minecraft: Windows Edition accounts cannot access AspieLand. If you're unsure if you have this version or if you have any questions, please contact Jenni: admin@aspergersvic.org.au


Who are the moderators?

Our Moderators are older teens from our AV community, and they will have support and guidance from AV staff.


What happens next?

When Expressions of Interest close, we will work through the responses to plan the Term 3 session times. We aim to have registrations for the Term 3 program open by the week starting Monday 14 June and start sessions in week 1 of Term 3 (the week starting Monday 12 July).
