"Simple Self-Care Techniques - How to Ensure we have energy, space and resilience to deal with everyday life"

This group is a place for Parents, Grandparents and Carers (of a person with Aspergers or High Functioning Autism) to meet, share their experiences and support each other. 

We have a range of parents who attend, who have children of varying ages from toddlers through to young adults. The group is structured/facilitated to allow opportunity for all attendees to talk if they wish. 

This month, Gayle will talk about:  Simple Self-Care techniques.  With the goal to ensure that we have the energy, space and resilience to deal with everyday life.
